Høtyven is a Danish coastal shrimp pattern created by Troels Holstein Kaa for sea trout. It combines a natural tan/ginger body with fluorescent orange trigger points, long rubber legs and flash. The heavily brushed dubbing and palmered hackle give the fly a lively, translucent profile, while the orange accents add visibility without turning it into a fully fluorescent attractor. It was designed as a durable, relatively simple shrimp fly that can be fished throughout the season.
