The Flatwing Sandeel is a slim baitfish imitation designed to mimic the narrow profile and subtle movement of a sandeel. Long saddle hackles are tied flat along the hook to create a flowing, translucent silhouette that comes alive in the water with very little bulk. It is especially effective for coastal sea trout and other predators feeding on small, slender baitfish.
